Dr. Bernadette Correa
Mental Skills Training
Prior to starting Level UP, Dr. Bernadette Correa served as a counselor and mental skills consultant at North Carolina Central University, an HBCU in NC. She provided mental health support to all students and specialized in supporting student athletes and performers to enhance their physical performance through use of mental skills.
While at NCCU, Dr. Correa was an instructor for QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer), teaching faculty, staff, and students about suicide prevention, as well as a Penn Resilience Program instructor, teaching students tools to build resilience and wellbeing. Dr. Correa has also received advanced training on best practices in transgender mental health care through the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
Dr. Correa earned her doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology and master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Western States. She also holds a master’s in Sport Management and a bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Athletic Coaching.
Her professional interests include teaching, enhancing athlete performance, supporting athlete mental wellness, and enhancing the care of transgender athletes. Her personal interests include traveling with her family, reading, swimming, and spending time with her dog, Pacey.

Dr. Morghan Bosch
Education/ Special Education
Dr. Morghan Bosch is a passionate educator, researcher, consultant, and advocate in the special education field. With over a decade of teaching experience at the university level and nine years in K-12 education as a special education teacher and transition advisor, she has become a respected voice in supporting students with exceptionalities. Dr. Bosch currently serves as Director of Education at a youth psychiatric residential facility.
Dr. Bosch's earned her doctorate in Special Education with an emphasis in research and autism. She has published extensive research and literature, and has presented at educational conferences. Her works, including Being Charley: Embracing Differences and Being Gus: Embracing Differences, celebrate diversity and foster inclusion.
Beyond her work in higher education, Dr. Bosch is deeply committed to supporting families as they navigate the special education system. She works tirelessly to ensure that individuals with disabilities receive equal access to education and services, advocating for their rights and needs.
Dr. Bosch's professional journey blends creativity with strategy, allowing her to solve complex challenges, build collaborative relationships, and implement meaningful change. Her approach is guided by the belief that impactful solutions come from empowering people, refining processes, and achieving a shared vision.
